@ 4:59 the double detect roller that disintegrates (in my experience). Has been the one that is UNDER the one you are pointing to with the screwdriver. Not the one on top. The good news is that they sell that part with the new roller already on it. It is easy to remove it and install it. It is two screws on both sides and gently just guide out. Before you put the new double detect BOTTOM ROLLER in you will need to clean the top roller (one being pointed at with screwdriver) with alcohol first. Or else the gunk from the TOP roller will make it onto your new BOTTOM roller. No alignment necessary just tighten the four screws back in. This job is best done with the CDU out of the ATM. Other good news the newer rollers they are selling now do not disintegrate. GREAT VIDEO !!

What would most likely cause a CDU to reject multiple bills ? I have cleaned all the obvious sensors, and it keeps rejecting 20+ Notes.

Your dispenser will more than likely need to be replaced. It is a double detection sensor / calibration problem.
