3:06 hey can you break down for me what are you exactly doing here with those hammer-on bends or whatever they are? I can play the song easily, but seeing this I now realise my technique is completely whack, and I have no clue what's going on to get these sounds

Well yeah it sounds very weird and subtle 😂 You meant the entire solo part after 03:06? Or just the riff before the solo?

@@peju_band Just the riff before the solo and after it. The slowed down, half time bit. Some of my friends during rehearsal told me to just bend the notes, but you're doing it differently with a subtle vibrato? and it sounds more like the song, but I can't wrap my head around what's happening

Great work! Such a thick tone, was interested to see how you'd handle the solo.. The axe reminds me of one of Kurt Cobain's guitars he used In Utero era, handsome beast! (Just to clarify, the guitar I'm taking about, although K.C. was also pretty handsome imo)! 😂🤦🏻

Where did you find tabs for it? I wanted to cover it a long time ago but couldn't find any tabs and I'm not that good doing it by ear, bass tabs would be nice too

Hey. A Q... What is your fuzz-kinda (funny sound, bit "clear".... I'd say that use 1st mic but lower it to the stage of plastic and use pod balance gloomy (0). Then take eq-highs and bass from the amps and you can get more fat fuzz even playing low. I have 1974 Ibanez Stratocopy and micks are just that way. Closest to the neck has been screwed down 1995 and it give's a gloomy and warm distortion. And then I have own pre-amps (like old cass decks as a rec position gives funny overdrive to small amps... Guitar go via 3-channeled Marshall 100W or I use 60W Behringer bass combo with Ibanez 1993 Soundtank pink distortion. Yes. Guitar to bass amp. Kyuss did the same.

Wow you are a fuzz master! I just used the amp software preset to take this(I'm kinda lazy 😂) But on live gig, I use ts and rat pedals! But yeah, I agree that playing with bass amp is best!

Used to play this a lot ~25 years ago. This is so grooving as pt2 starts. I should jam again with these again. Training as my friend want to play impro-stoner and I don't know his friend who play just guitar. So I must be a bassist. Ending part of this song (timing, cymbals) was always that funny part. Actually Asteroid is harder to play IMO... but not hard at all if think.
