first hit elite grade by do quest divison quest and killing other race quincy or arrancars once u hit elite win 13 raid for stage 1 satge 2 is kill 50 hollow 1 bawabawa 10 elite grips without dying and stage 3 u have u talk to kisuke in karakura NOT THE BOSS RAID KISUKE and out 3 swords u can only get 2 swords wrong the thrid one will take u back and you will need a elite grip to to do again once your done with that stage 4 fight your bankai and defeat it to unlock bankai
