Thank you! I am a newcomer and my cleats came with no instructions. I had the washer on the wrong side. Thanks for helping me figure that out.

Thank you! I've just got my first pair of cycling shoes, and I had no idea how to install the cleats in them. I hadn't realised that the plates the shoes came with needed to come off before putting the cleats in haha. So, thank you for this clear video.

me too. I have been in spin classes for years.. Now the new bikes and pedals have the toe cages that seemed too small for me and hurt my feet, so I finally ordered a pair and this vid def helped.

It went together easily in less than an hour. kzbin.infoUgkxHL1v1R3NE5x4KiYfyt8dnQmyNYz7qi5L Make sure the front fork is forward or the pedals will hit the front tire. Tires are both a little soft so it needs air before I ride it. The rear wheel didn't come with a clamp regular bolts hold it on. The front had the clamp. No scratches out of box. Rims are a little off with a slight wobble. They could have spent more time with the spoke tool fixing the run out. So far out of the box I'm happy with it. I did replace the pedals with a nice aftermarket set. After riding it a bit my A$$ is a bit sore so I ordered another seat. Overall I'm nearly 60 and didn't ride a bike in 30 years. I like my new 29" Schwinn. It will be used for casual rides with my friend.

Good video. I bought a set Decathlon France SPD cleats for Spinning (RPM in France). No instructions for the 5 pieces. Only on watching the video did I realise I needed only 3 of the 5 pieces

All of that was obvious apart from the one bit you missed out. There are 4 screw holes in my shoe (and yours) - do you use the front, back or either....what does it depend on ??

*Great **Latest.Bike** , good looking, good suspension and love the gearing. I've tested some bikes that were more then twice the price but not as good. Get lots of looks when riding.*

I have nothing against clipless pedals, however for every day use of a bike in stop and go traffic they are just completely useless. Also the always rotating the ankle out to remove yourself from the pedal is the main reason I only use them in long rides with no traffic lights.

This was just what I needed! I would not have thought about the grease... I am still a tad puzzled about the two sets of holes. Not sure which one to pick...

This is such a good video. As a newbie, it was accessible and really easy to follow. You need to supplement this with other videos on positioning, but this answered so many basic questions I had and allowed me to crack on with it. Thank you!

6:26 Please do not tighten it all the way until you can’t anymore use a torque wrench it’s the best option for finding out the best tightness it’s typically 2.5-3.5 nm
