This movie was so fun and I enjoyed “being along for the ride”. Lol. Had to. I had a lot of fun hearing you both recounting some of my favorite parts.

What if Kat gets pregnant in the 1800s and comes back pregnant in the present day. If that love scene at the pond with Thomas happened already, she could already be pregnant. Maybe the whole Max and Alice thing is just a set up, and Kat is Casey's mom. Still leaning toward Alice being Casey's mom, but just a thought.

I thought it was weird how Alice came back from her summer internship all business like. She even brushed off her music career when Kat asked about it. I think Colton is going to help her realize how important her music is, and she will drop the business 5 year plan thing. It would kind of bring back Colton not getting to do his music, but he is the one that helps Alice achieve her dream.

I get why everyone focuses on Kat’s romantic relationships, but I wonder if there is a more systemic issue. Kat lost out on her grand adventure when she was young - escaping to London and the graduate journalism program. She’s lived a rather mundane normal life within Brady’s 5 year plan, and then that ends and she finds herself split from the man who promised her forever and back at home in a small town with not much direction. Then she discovers this phenomenal ability to time jump and meets all these amazing people - her dad, Elijah, Thomas, Susanna, Grandma Fern, and Jasper. And life becomes this grand adventure. A “normal” life with Elliot wouldn’t feel as stimulating when she can go have these escapades and interact with all these rich characters. As far as Emma’s role in TWH: In the previews, Alice asked Elliot if he ever tried to fight fate (ostensibly because she’s putting puzzle pieces together and thinking like viewers have been that she and Max end up together and Casey is their child), and he responds “why are you asking me that question?”, and I wonder if that is why Emma came back. If Elliot hadn’t known that he’d end up back in Port Haven, would he have continued to be married to Emma? And I also wonder why Emma made so many comments about Elliot’s house being so cute/lovely. That struck me as odd.

Teen Del is coming off way more personable and likeable than Evie. Evie is self-involved and a mean girl to Del. Also she forced Colton to engage in the board and he clearly did not want to be involved.

When Vern is speaking to KittyKat and says she thought her son was "The One" . I wonder if she is referring to the family lore of a little boy showing up to Elijah's home and 24 years later his sister from the future (via the pond) comes to rescue him from Cyrus Goodwin and Jacob now grown man returns to his time to escape execution. So Fern refers to the boy as being "The One".

Just watched Season 1 Episode 7&8 and I think that the symbol of the fish means something. Del gives Alice the small pottery bowl with the symbol of the fish that matches the fish on her guitar. The same symbol is the fish lamp that Elliott took the hidden 1800 ring from.

Did anyone clock that Elliot mentioned in season two that his founding father's name is Samuel Agustin? Does this Samuel related to current Sam?? Hmmm

I just had a thought, maybe Max and Alice will get together and they're KC's parents. She is a Goodwin after all. It's like history repeating itself like the love triangle with Del, Cole and Gwen. Also the way KC looks at Kat in season 2 and so nervous around Alice causing her to spill the drinks at Cole's. it's like she's amazed be around them. It's like watching the past and future all at the same time. I'm obsessed with this show

I immediately thought that Alice gets with Max in the future, and he is Casey's dad. Odd how he crashed their moment alone???

I haven't seen this mentioned anywhere, and your comment about Evelyn being a recluse made my husband think of it. When Evelyn is turning Tarot cards on the blanket, the last card she turns and lays slowly in place is a card that says "Hermit". It's almost as though she knows her future. When they were at the pond, she also told Colton that dying alone is the most tragic thing.

Good job with the recap. Thank you. I thought Del was so wise in her assessment that life and love is about the little things. The grand gestures are fun, but fleeting. I would love to have an Elliot around to fill my world with little factoids. He does contain multitudes, as he says in this episodes. I do wish Kat and Del would not keep falling back into their combative patterns with each other. Del did not know about the pond. That is absolutely established in this episode, and I am thinking that Colton had his suspicions for years but didn't confirm them until a while after Jacob went missing.

I do believe that seen with teen Dell is throwing up could be weeks after, and she is pregnant with Colton’s kid but has a miscarriage or abortion . Then later they have Kat and Jacob. The secret Del is keeping in present day is the miscarriage or abortion and Kat doesn’t know she was supposed to have an older sibling.

Does Alice and Max end up together?

Evelyn Goodwin's son is Louis Goodwin. Why wouldn't he have his father's last name? Unless she adopts an abandoned baby that she finds at the magic pond and never marries. Could be why she is always known as Evelyn Goodwin and never appears to have married.

Wondering if Elliott is really Victor's true biological son? The way Victor eludes that Elliott may not really be a true Augustine. Elliott's mom took off, sounds like Elliott has never met her or knows where she is. Maybe she is a time traveler as well.

At "Coyle's" there is a discussion stating Coltyne's dad was gone and his older brother "took off". So the music thing at Coyle's is good for Coltyne.

Adult Coltyne is playing the guitar watching Alice while she is in the kitchen helping with dishes. She (Alice) is singing along with the song he was singing. It was a familiar song to her that Kat would sing the song to her when she was young. He has a grin on his face like he knows.

We haven't seen him jump in the pond, but we have seen Colton watching older Kat and Elliot watch the summer family cookout. So unless Colton has a doppelganger, then I saw that as Colton post-Jacob/Pond going back to see happier days.

Yes, to answer one of your questions. The first time Kat time travels she comes across her teen self with Alice on the field. Also, Kat watches herself on her first official date with Brady.

Elliott mentions back in the day that the police report of Colton's accident said there were 2 females " running from the scene".

Big Crazy theory.: It's Alice and who ever she gets together with that left the baby who gets adopted by Evelyn Goodwin becoming her son who ends up being Casey's father and the engagement ring is in the basket with the baby and the letter.

Yes, Del has secrets for sure or she’s really good at pretending. Andy is such a great performer I can’t ever tell exactly whats shes thinking or what she’s up to. She is one of the best actresses, I really enjoy watching her. A true pro! The whole mood at the farm is different this season . I feel like Del is keeping Jacob hidden away from prying eyes & gossips. She’s worried about their story/lies being exposed and the anon letters aren’t helping. Del seems very worried But her character has always been worrisome. Why does she keep distancing herself from Sam, the good looking rancher next door, or next farm over? So many questions! 🙏❤️🙏

Del didn’t know about time travel until Jacob returned home. I think it’s alice with the baby in the Moses basket. And the baby is casey!

Since Susanna Augustine painted the "My Katherine" portrait☀, how did it end up for all those years hanging in the library at Lingermoor, and why was it never seen by teen Kat or Elliot before, especially since Elliot spent his summers taking care of Lingermoor? Surely Evelyn Goodwin could see the remarkable resemblance in the 20th and 21st Century Kat/Katherine Landry!!? Is a Landry related to a Goodwin? Is this why Casey Goodwin is obsessed with Kat; but, mostly with Alice? How can Casey and Alice simultaneously possess the same engagement ring on an identical gold chain? Also, those at the Landry farmhouse kitchen table are not the only ones who know of their time-traveling adventures. Nick Oates was informed about Kat and Alice's time-traveling abilities the last time he visited Port Haven. Nick was so freaked out when he stumbled upon Elliot's journals, to see Alice and hear her sing again. He demanded to know the truth. Adult Nick and 21st-century teen Alice sat down and had a moment of closure. He left to go win Claire back. Will we see Nick Oats again in season 3? Will we meet Claire? Whatever happened to Elliot's mother? Could she have a storyline in the future? Could the baby left in the Moses basket be Elliot Augustine, since the young couple who jumped into the pond were wearing 70's-style clothing, and the young woman had long dark straight hair (Del's hair is naturally curly)? Did Victor Augustine know that Elliot was not his biological son, and this is why he was so cruel to him his whole life? The fact that the pond finally allowed Elliot to time travel tells me that he too has a connection with the past in a big way and that it is not just to have his "five more minutes" with Colton, the father he never had. Again, who is Elliot's biological mother and grandparents? On the other hand, Colton and Del continuously received those small envelopes with the same threatening message. They were fearful about covering something up. Could the baby have been found by Colton or Del after the couple jumped into the pond, and they took him (Jacob) or her (Katherine) home as their own!!? The possibilities are endless. This show could live on for decades to come!

Colton had to know that was adult Elliott, when Elliott went with Alice back to 1999, when he showed up on the farm out of the blue in Season 2. Then explains Elliotts issues and has him build the room in barn for young Elliot. 🤔

Elliot and Kat came to conclusion you cant jump to the future only back. Hence Suzanna couldnt come with Kat thru pond. Could Casey be a Landry in some way? Or related or another family that that also time travels. Casey wants to be friends or get to know Alice. 🤔

I'd have to bump something off the list for Follow Yonder Star. Solid story and John Brotherton and Brook D'Orsay had the best chemistry of the season imo. I don't have any expectations for a Dayspring outing, but this became one of my top movies this year. More Brotherton please
