@@SaigeCline if it was testing new technology we would do so privately in the middle of a 250 square mile base. I believe there's a real threat and this is the counter defense to a credible threat. I am a civilian so I have the right to say what I think; but I bet there are 50,000 US intelligence employees biting their tongue to everyone they know about the drone thing. Hopefully all of us here are wrong :)
