The real reason is because prices are way too high, and buyers have backed off. Wages cannot sustain the asking prices.

I’ve had my home for 8 yrs. The last of my children moved out this year. I am a single person and due to taxes my mortgage has gone up 380$ a month. However my home value has gone up about 100k as well . My home does need quite a bit of repairs new roof new AC new paint new cabinets and definitely knew restrooms basically it needs a lot of repairs so I’m in between selling my home and moving to my RV since it’s just me by myself or staying in my home and renting a room or using my savings to renovate the house as much as I can and rent it out… what are your thoughts?

Hey Angele, Is the home here in Arizona? I think we would need to have a more comprehensive conversation about what your goals are long term with this property. We have cash buyer options and we have traditional listing or property management options as well. I think the decision would be best made looking at what it is that you are looking to do long term with your home and living situation.
