I didn't. I used the sprite sheets from the files and edited them in a paint program.

I'm glad you played it but the patch wasn't made with that in mind, it was just technical fixes of varying degrees. Hope you enjoy that the camera signal isn't interrupted all the time anymore... and I guess you can tell me if the game felt just slightly more stable

I did, but this a new patched version that Vinstatic made because he wanted it to be less unplayable. You can tell by looking at the version number in the bottom corner.
