I've been hesitant to buy a laser machine for a while because all the desktop ones seem under sized and under powered but this one seems powerful enough at 60W and large enough too. CO2 is definitely the way to go because the light frequency can work on so many more materials than diode lasers. Bravo BossLaser. Ive now decided what I want for Christmas!

Don't buy bosslaser. They're giving me the runaround on an order and can't even tell me which part on the order is backordered after multiple days let alone I had to email them and ask why my order hadn't shipped after a week

Don't buy BossLaser. Tried to get two replacement parts for an issue thats basically stopped all my work. A week after order I email asking why it hadn't shipped yet only to be told one of the parts is backordered BUT their customer service can't even figure out which pf the two. She tells me she'll get back to me. A few days later without a response from her I email again asking about it and she tells me SHE STILL DOESNT EVEN KNOW WHICH PART ON MY ORDER IS BACKORDERED. Apologizes and tells me she'll get right back to me about it. Well, it's end of business day without an update YET AGAIN. If you want lack of communication and customer service that's gone down hill to the point their interdepartmental communication is apparently non-existant then go with BossLaser, otherwise go with any of their now vastly cheaper competitors

I am doing this at my job currently, and no one including myself. Have ever run this machine. Had someone in the past. I can not figure out how to get the laser to the center. So it's easy for me to find the center to line up. It keeps putting it in the bottom corner and then framing a square. How do I get it to find the center of the logo so I can center it before I hit start? Framing, it does nothing when I'm doing a bunch of different names that are all not the exact same length.

I just had xtool d1 pro 20 W and I wasn’t happy with it. Now I’m saving up and I was thinking about doing the XT P2, which is pretty classy and allows for up to 9 feet of engraving material passed through it. Does this machine offer the same thing to threw the software, does it have rollers to let the material go through it and roll along to create a large piece or is does it just allow for the material to sit there for the workspace available to it?
