Yeah, you gotta make sure that you spray it with a light mist a couple of times, but I'd say the biggest failure is not hitting it with the compactor after you swept the sand in the first time. Then, sweeping in sand a second time before you blow it and water it in.

The biggest mistake small business owners make is not being a large business owner. Got it.

I ran a successful business 14 years with zero credit. It’s called reinvesting the profits. Debt is servitude. The initial seed money is the hard part.

100% true statement, on the bag it says to go over a 200sf area for 30 seconds and then WAIT and proceed to go back over the same area once more. I think many installers just hit it once and don't get proper penetration.

Can you tell me what exactly this is? Is this sand like a concrete replacement or something?

Working on pavers around a pool right now. Concrete guy wants to use our paver border as what he butts up to. Do you think this will be an issue?

9 times out of ten get the concrete done first. There is no way he can do the concrete without destabilizing or wrecking the work you just did. Side note if any contractor says that what they are doing won’t affect the landscaping/hardscaping.. immediately call your landscaper lol they know we come in last and have to deal with all their shit

If you go to any steel manufacturing shop you can get Square 1 inchth 8 inch thick screed rods that will last. They don't warp like a long round pipe will overtime.
