I live on P.E.I. we have no base for building roads, the Chapman's of Souris P.E.I. usually get all the tendors, for building roads, only trouble, four or five years later their all full of potholes again, purest form of poor workmanship, when you rebuild a road it should be dug down four feet minimum and replaced with good material, otherwise just wasting taxpayers money, this material should be topped with fine gravel brought rate out to sides providing a good shoulder with a crown on top before paving,I seen another company do the job in Souris rate up main Street, talked with them, proof is in the pudding, dug it down, brought in shale from Wilfred Deagle s pit in lower Rollo Bay, it stayed perfect, the Chapman's Craig and Jeff, are robbing the government, they know the inspectors and they can get off with anything they want, Craig's wife Rachel works at Souris Hospital, on the Board, where they refused me medical treatment, Dental care, had to move into Charlottetown to get away from them all, they wouldn't even provide me with police protection, Best of luck to you all.
