@@dikshanook i remember at til 43 it will be covered by insurance. Make sure you have. Youre insurance will guide you it is quite standardized :) good luck

I don’t add extra soles to mine, even my Chanels. Water is a no no to use to clean leather. Use leather cleaner and conditioner. I noticed you are breathing heavily when you talk, you should consider getting that checked.

You can add protection to the heels. Have just done it for my Orans which have a similar heel.

This is shoddy cobbler work, not the shoes. Yes, but this seems completely normal as a sole addition was placed on, and changed that area. It is not surprising as she changed the integrity of the shoe with a terrible job done by the cobbler.

I am now looking at getting christian dior slides, they look really nice on the feet. Sometimes chanel have seasonal ones but in Amsterdam i have difficulty getting them :(
