Most likely the blue player didn't have any town at this moment so it had to attack. This is what normally AI does in such situations.

I have setup a hero where the enemy hero attacked and auto-combat took care of the fight with no casualties. 7 Rust Dragons backed by Mutare with Elixir of Life, and Dragon Blood artifacts.

Or if you use a hero from dungeon with resurrection, use it at basic earth and loose more units than the ones raised and win the battle. U will end up with empty hero

Sometimes I notice that the comp will change its mind. If you play a battle and you lose but it is really close and you know you can win if you retry the comp learns this and then opts not to attack you I find

You have the advantage of speed and if, when you were down on the right, only one of the 3 groups of Sylvanians had had a morale bonus, you'd be dead. And there was better placement for the flames. During the turn at 0:50 you should have placed the flames at the bottom, for example. to get more kills. And the division would have been used to group the sylvanians from the start. A dying fairy is worth 20 gold while a ballista is worth 1500 gold, You place a fairy close to them at the bottom without being in range, you group them together, you hit them more with fire because there's no more grouping. CONCLUSION : But there's nothing surprising about the speed that makes you win and the fact that there was no moral when it mattered.

It's look like the comp gave away to you😮 I've faced it too but have no idea why it's going on... Maybe it's a bag of the game maybe it's a trap for players to fell themselves like a pro and going on playing it

It happens when the AI has no castles left. It attacks the first available castle with no regard for the odds. Maybe this was the reason why it attacked here as well.

Poorly done. One extra morale from dendroinds and you are dead. You should split sprites to sevearl groups and exploit a stack of 2 units abuse.
