Hey guys I need an advice. I'm planning to buy the eiffel tower in the upcoming days. But I'm not sure when is it more worth it, on insiders weekend or black friday? Is there even a possibility they would do a discount for the set. I'm leaning more towards insiders weekend because of this reason. Thanks.

My advice would be to do it on Insiders Weekend for the double points. That would give you about $100 in points discount from your next purchase. Honestly, there is little point to Lego Black Friday weekend if you are a Lego Insider, unless you are interested in the set they release that weekend, in the case of 2024 that's The Endurance. This is because in the last few years, the discounts they will be offering for Black Friday have available from the Insiders weekend, and last for the week till Black Friday/Cyber Monday. Last year they offered discount coupon codes on different sets that were available for the entire week. I also think it's unlikely the Eiffel Tower will get a discount this year, as from the leaks Lego seems to be mostly discounting sets that are retiring. It appears Lego will be discounting the Lego Star Wars AT-AT that's retiring, so I'm unsure if another kit in that price range will be discounted. By price range I mean the AT-AT is $1200 AUD, and the Eiffel Tower is $1000 AUD, and last year they only offered a discount on one high price kit, the $600 AUD Lions Night Castle. Of course, I could be totally wrong. 😆 But that's the best advice I could give you based on the available information, and what I would do if I was you. Personally I'm hoping for a discount on the Motorized Lighthouse, which I would pick up on Insiders Weekend for the 2x. Good luck with your decision mate! 👍
