how come it is so well cared after even tho it’s abandoned? id love to visit it but seems as if its still getting grass trimmed

It's been abandoned inside the hospital for many years. The grounds are kept under control. However if you look closely at this video you can see other areas that aren't so well kept. The areas that are maintained will most likely be for the ease of 24/7 on site security and access into the hospital. Still awaiting housing development plans I believe. Would love to visit there too!
