I think something that a lot of people in Britain forget when talking about this is that there are other parts of the world that drink tea. Like y'all know that tea was invented in China, right? This is far more similar to how they make tea.

Im fairly certain both the Nile and the Ganges are more dangerous and claim more lives. I’d be shocked if something worse exists in the uk.

Large plugs. You can probably power two to three times as many devices with American plugs in the amount of space those clunky things take up.

As a native Portuguese speaker who speaks fluent english, i do really wish english had a natural "you" in singular and plural and a way to differentiate genders with they. In Portuguese we say "você é" for singular you, and "voces são" for plural you. Always using "you are" for all cases might be confusing depending on the Situation, i know there's "you guys/y'all" and stuff but it's just not the same

Wow, the great lakes are a fragile system. The carps are like zombies! What if someone decides to cause harm by releasing carps into the lakes? It is 10000 miles of coastline, you can't protect that.

So you're telling me that a myth about a draconic practice in 18th century London was credible because in modern day USA that's something really happening? USA, the richest third world country in the world.

I definitely looked up the most popular malt vinegar in my area, which is in the US close to the Canadian border, and it's still actual vinegar. 👀 Honestly I expected America to skimp when it comes to authenticity but was pleasantly surprised. I live near one of the Great Lakes and we have many local fish & chips variations but all of them are served with Heinz Malt Vinegar. Heinz Malt Vinegar is expensive, something like $4-$7 for a 12oz bottle but clearly it's cheaper in bulk.

Whether something is “legal” or not doesn’t make it worth doing or not. I wish people would stop acquiescing to authority and take back their birthrights. The government and most people working for it are lazy, evil and unimaginative people. Don’t live your life based off of what’s “legal” or not. The laws will change, but this is your one life.
