I left the emergency room with that soft collar on my neck. Within 3 weeks I was back to work as a hairdresser...still wearing my neck collar and one for my broken collar bone. That was 31yrs ago. I still have never had my SIDEWAYS Whiplash addressed. Soon after it happened- doc wanted to use traction to stretch my neck- while it was inflamed. I try to climb up stairs whenever I could. But my apartment stairs are too small. Doesn't fit the whole foot. Should I go slightly sideways to fit the whole foot or continue to tip toe?

I actually have severe constipation due to cirrhosis of the liver, I don't know if that would work for me or not, lots of times that lactulose doesn't even work for me anymore, and then I'll start getting sick and nauseated, because I go 3 to 5 days, without a bowel movement 😱

Thank you for this....I've been seeing a Chriopractor for a couple years, I have advanced arthritis, I've done decompression, traction, massage therapy, muscle stims, etc....I can only stand for 2 hours till my lower back locks up and I'm done for the day, unless I catch it in time, hit the hottub and massage gun. I got sent to a Physical Therapist, instead of a very nasty spinal surgery....you know it's bad when the spinal surgon says "you're not bad enough yet"...so All core stuff to counter act...I live in FL so pool pretty much 365. I've done some searching and aqua resistance is where I've seen improvemnents, now I'm just looking for "Core Focused Exersises"....this could actually make my life better! Thanks again.

That sounds like a good exercise but I do have chronic low back pain and I fear laying like that might end up hurting me more than helping my neck. But one thing I didn’t get is why are chin tucks bad?

I did this thinking it wouldn't work despite the amount of positive reviews in the comments. I haven't had a full poop for DAYS and if I was lucky I was only able to poop out pellets. I did this exercise for 10-15 minutes last night, despite actually feeling my bowels move I was impatient so I drank a glass of water and gave up. The next morning I woke up and bolted straight to the bathroom, finally being blessed with the sound and feeling of my bowels moving to push out the entity that has been living rent-free in my guts. I don't know if that was a coincidence or not but this definitely works so I'm going to do this exercise everyday. Thank you so much Dr. Yvonne Huang what a lovely name for my savior.
