It’s a nice concept, but I personally wouldn’t buy this. A few years ago they came out with 3D homes and they costs less than $15k to build. Once major builders got a hold of this technology, pricing has significantly increased. Nice home overall, but not my cup of tea.

Who the hell is making 10k a month?!
@JordanSellsATX
@JordanSellsATX 6 ай бұрын
Responded to another comment with this, but is relevant to your comment too: $10k/month pre-tax between households (two or more people) isn't uncommon where I am. But for buyers, especially if they’re purchasing solo, area and industry obviously play a factor. Typically higher paying jobs will be in the major metros where the job markets are stronger. Housing outside of those metro areas aren't as expensive, complementing lower incomes This is simply a guideline lenders, and home buyers, use to help determine their personal max regarding housing payments and works at any income level. I know the feeling when looking at the way housing prices have gone. I help a variety of clients with a variety of income situations, plenty of which who buy homes I will never be able to afford haha.

Stop lol. This is simply a guide which can be used so buyers know roughly what their maximum payments should be - no matter if you make $1k/month or $100k/month. $10k/month pre-tax between households (two or more people) isn’t that uncommon where I am located. But for buyers, especially individuals, area and industry obviously play a factor. Typically higher paying jobs will be in the major metros where the job markets are stronger. Housing outside of those metro areas also isn’t as expensive, complementing the lower incomes.

So much wrong with this house beginning with showing it with the carport unswept and pool not cleaned. Once I saw the plumbing fixtures in the kitchen it was over. Why is one bathroom unfinished? I wouldn't ask but there's furniture in the house.
@JordanSellsATX
@JordanSellsATX 7 ай бұрын
I don’t disagree with you. Only so much I can control as someone showing it when it’s not my listing. Lots of construction going on next to it, may have something to do with the outside appearance. I think the “unfurnished bathroom” is actually the laundry room - all bathrooms are furnished in the video. Appreciate you watching!

Lmao imagine attributing your personal experiences with your local housing market to all realtors in the U.S. Frankly there aren't enough houses in a lot of places, there probably are more realtors than necessary but if you can live off selling a couple houses a year, that's not something to blame the realtor for TLDR realtors aren't the problem, don't hate the player hate the game
@JordanSellsATX
@JordanSellsATX Жыл бұрын
Did you watch the full video before commenting? Genuinely curious. If so, you’d know my issue is with realtors who have no regard for high level service to their clients or to cooperating agents. Not returning phone calls, emails, texts, etc is bad business. If you can’t do that, you shouldn’t be in.

Not what I said. I said it’s the most favorable conditions for buying than it’s been in the last 3 years. Before now, there were multiple offers on practically every single house, so you were forced to pay 10-15% over asking just to be in the running. Now, we have price decreases, sellers willing to pay down interest rates, and 6x the inventory to pick from. Never said prices were better.
