Most of these dishes are Palestinian or Levantine in origin. Like calling Mexican food American, it isn’t. Israel’s cultural appropriation.

omg,so glad that I live in belgium and although I had some pretty bad stuff that happened to me (a TBI,traumatic brain injury in 92),it evolved into a frontal lobe syndrome,that makes that I don't have any limits regarding eating,a bit of drinking wine too but not problematic,and an added feature is lovemaking.....I love food,I love wine and I love love....and I have a medical excuse lol,been married for 20 years (almost) and she still is here with me,although she admits that the only reason that she stays with me is my cooking lol....us belgians have the best cuisine in the world,as stated french quality with german quantity,and due to climate change,Belgium tends to pass the french for wine (now quoting Jerry Lee Lewis : Goodness,gracious,great balls of fire)

I am an Norwegian and have been soo for more than 60 years and I am very found of Norwegian traditional food, but from all the dishes mentioned in this video, I eat ONE of them and that is Krumkake and we eat it for christmas........ all theese special fish dishes....... non of my family or any of our many friends eat.... like ever, it is really for the people who lives in the western parts of Norway..... and only there. In Norawy normal food is meatballs, pizza, spagetti, lasagne ,Taco, burgers, steaks and fried or steamed fish........ in party's deer or moose steak or stew's, salmon or steamed cod, and ofcourse a lot of fresh seafood like lobster, shrimps, mussels, scallops, octopus........ but crap like Rakfisk and Smalahove........ I have never tasted it, and I never will.
