I am so sorry there are not more comments on this video. This is a wonderful scene where a father teaches his children about the flag and how to fly it in memory and respect for someone like their grandfather. This is not something that's taught in schools these days and the children are lucky to have a fine father like him to teach them. Thank you for posting this to teach others.

Ingredients Save Recipe Grilled Lamb's Testicles: 1 pair lamb's testicles Salt and pepper to taste Lemon juice to garnish Deep-Fried Testicles (Rocky Mountain Oysters): 1 pair lamb's testicles 1 cup panko crumbs 1 egg, lightly beaten 1 teaspoon mustard Salt and pepper to taste Lemon juice to garnish 1 quart oil, for frying Directions Grilled Lamb's Testicles: Set up your grill, preferably charcoal, so that there's room on the grill to cook the testicles indirectly. Salt and pepper the testicles and place them on the grill for 10 to 15 minutes, until the outside surface is nicely charred. The tissue may burst during the process. When they are done, remove the testicles from the grill and cut into slices 1/3-inch thick. Garnish with lemon juice and more salt and pepper to taste. Deep-Fried Testicles (Rocky Mountain Oysters): Cut the testicles int 1/3 inch slices, removing the membrane from each slice after it's cut. Set aside. Combine the egg with the mustard in a small bowl. Have the panko crumbs ready for dipping on the side. Heat the oil in a wok to 350°F. Dip each slice of testicles in the egg, then dip into the panko crumbs. Slip into the oil and fry from 1 to 2 minutes, until golden brown. Remove from the oil and place on a rack. Serve immediately, with lemon to garnish. Variation: For pan-fried testicles, place a heavy skillet over medium-high heat. Add approximately 3 tablespoons of oil to the pan. Coat the testicles in the egg and crumb coating and place into the pan. Pan-fry on one side for 2 minutes, taking care not to touch the disturb the coating on the testicle. Flip and pan-fry on the other side for 2 minutes. Serve immediately; garnish with lemon. NUTRITION FACTS (PER SERVING) 258 CALORIES 18g FAT 7g CARBS 17g PROTEIN

Wow! it’s been 7 years since I last time I was there. It’s been a long time!. You could even see me in the video how unexpectedly is that. To bad that it wasn’t the brightest child there. I never actually thanked the teachers that help me learn throughout the two years that I was there, so thanks! And I also like to thank the school nurse at Brown elementary, you would put bows in my hair every time I’d see you when I’d go to take my medicine.🥰🙂

I lost a veteran friend this year who was almost like a Grandpa to me. It was sad that I never got to say bye, but I am going to give him a huge goodbye by December, I am going to raise as many Wreaths for Wreaths Across America as I can. Sorry for your loss, cool to see so many people respecting him.

What is happening with the church now? Is it back up? Are they still worshiping at another church? Have they repaired the parsonage and the two remaining buildings on the church campus? What happened with the family that was living in the parsonage? I would love an update when someone has time. Thanks!

I saw Mr. Allison perform 'Running Scared' at some venue in Lubbock in the early 1990s. It's a tough song to sing and a person needs great range and power to sing it. I'd seen Roy Orbison sing it live a couple of years prior. Mr. Allison absolutely nailed it. I was amazed! Chatted with him briefly and he was very warm and open. I can see why those who know him love him so much.

Don and I were best friends when we were in the 6th grade. We attended Hardwick Elementary School and played the Eukulele together for fun. We used to watch those cheezy science fiction movies. My father was in the army and I had to leave Lubbock, but returned in 1981 to attend Texas Tech. We got together briefly, but found we didn't really have much in common anymore since he became a singer and I became a science geek, but will still miss him.
