Thank you. She had several more years of excellent health. I am heartbroken that she died in March of 2024. She was healthy to the end.

First ur accident happend befor i was born ❤ and now i have a sprained ankle ihave a bandage on it hurts to walk i cant run or jump OR DO GYMNASTICKS 😢 and idk..

Let your ligaments around your ankle heal. Sprains require careful care. Compression. To help stop swelling, compress the ankle with an elastic bandage until the swelling stops. Don't hinder circulation by wrapping too tightly. Begin wrapping at the end farthest from your heart. Elevation. To reduce swelling, elevate your ankle above the level of your heart, especially at night. Gravity helps reduce swelling by draining excess fluid.

@@JaneGilgun i believe joe is still a trek horse there, as he's still on the website's 'horses' page (: i also check tripadvisor for this place all the time, and i still see reviews of happy people that rode joe being posted. i booked a trek here for april, and i may see him, so if i do, i'll let you know!

@@dqniizee8637 That's good news. He must have been young when I rode him. Some horses are wonderful even when they are young. I rode a three year-old filly in Ireland who was an angel. Thank yo for letting me know. I will look on the website, too, to see a picture of Joe.

I was researching about swelling on my ankle that I broke about a year and a half ago and it makes me feel so much better to know that this is normal. It's very small swelling, it's dead winter, and I'm just glad to be walking without pain

My Dad grew up in the house his Father designed and built 4 rooms Kitchen and living room and 2 bedrooms upstairs. The wood for the house came out of the woods on his land. I've never heard the term vernacular architecture before. I just knew I grew out of my grandfather's house when I was about 12 because he only made the doorways taller than him. lol
