Hi sweetie, I think 30lbs is a realistic goal, however when you reach that goal how will you maintain it? My daughter had anorexia and almost died when she was in high school. I say this because I think you’re beautiful just like you are and I want you to be safe and not take things that are so hard on your body.

I suffer from an eating disorder, so I know the fear :/ This was something I had to think about because of things like that, but I know I'm doing this for the health of my bad back and bad knees. That's why I picked a realistic goal and I'm implementing healthier habits in my life with this injection :)

@@AnnisaCharles your body needs Lean meat and healthy fats, also a gluten free diet will reduce belly fat and joint pain. Be careful because gluten hides in a lot of places, including Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce, so always read labels. I’m extremely intolerant of gluten, similar to celiac’s disease.

Good for you. I just happen to sub to many others who take a shot like this. Delilah Rodriguez and Countess of Shopping both who are here on YT. I've followed them for years from when they were following a ketogenic way of eating. You remind me so much of your grandmother. I love her videos also. You got this and I'm here to help cheer you on. I'm not on any shots, just eating an all animal based foods. Nothing processed and no sugars or artificial sweeteners and not fruits or veggies. But I think I would take a shot if it was affordable. ❤

Thank you so much! I love to hear it! I've even tried cutting out most meat and eating mainly fruits and veggies and that didn't help me lose weight either, so that's why I'm excited to start this :) My insurance is covering this for me, which I'm very grateful for!

@@AnnisaCharles I went vegan once and almost died, vegetarian wasn't the answer either...we cannot get enough protein and all the essential amino fats that are needed with anything other than eating meat. Don't starve your brain of the only thing is thrives on which is cholesterol which again comes from animal. I learned the hard way and finally am Carnivore and though I go off a little with eating cheese and a few other things not on plan I will say that I feel my absolute best just eating red meat. Though you can eat fish, chicken, shrimp, etc.. other animal based foods. Eggs, dairy, etc.. but with PCOS you have to watch the dairy I bet. Just look up Dr.Anthony Chaffee, also Dr.Ken D Berry, and there are many others who are carnivores and have undid much of the damage we all cause ourselves eating the SADs and all those fat free, low fat, bs processed foods. You are young so you might have times you will want to eat something like cake or fruit, which fruit is just like eating candy it has so much natural sugars in them which can harm you just as bad as eating candy, but you can have it if you can handle the cravings and hunger they will create after having eaten them. I was Keto for a long while and it took a couple of years to figure out that eating all the veggies was not only keeping me bloated, gassy, etc.. but hungrier than I am when I don't eat veggies at all. I wonder with the shot you can eat keto and probably do very well with it, but mainly wonder how much better you could do with eating a proper human Species Specific diet like Carnivore or very very strict LIONS diet (Just red meat, water and salt) and Wegovy??? Why not try if you find it's something that you can handle and will help you. I am not a doctor but the two people above are. Good luck

You can use double sided tape to keep corners down on rugs. Also a cheap rug pad helps beef up the rug too.

We got double sided rug tape that seems to be holding up great so far! The dog has been running over the rugs and hasn’t pulled them up yet, so fingers crossed 🤞🏼 and we definitely will need to get rug pads to thicken them up like you said, thank you!

On a molecular level all hair types are the same. Your hair strands are no different than people with straight hair. The thing that makes them different is how the cuticle is positioned in the scalp and that’s what gives the curl to curly hair but a curly strand of hair looks the same as straight under a microscope and they are made the same. So shampoos that don’t say they are for curly hair will still work for you if you get the one that your needs. Hope this helps!
@AnnisaCharles4 ай бұрын
Hi! Yes I know this as a cosmetologist, but not all products are made equal, and curly hair strands are thicker/coarser than straight hair in most cases, so shampoo and conditioner won’t work for all hair types. I have to look for products made specifically for curly hair and then the ones in those lines for hydration and other needs I have. I grew up using products that were never advertised for curly hair and my hair was terrible. Since using products made specifically for curly hair, my curls have been so much happier :)

I have the exact same problem as you but I do not think it’s because of “congestion” a big reason why we develop a double chin because because of poor jawline in our neck and jaw there are muscles there that we actually isolate and this happens to alot of people, now if you do jaw muscle exercises you won’t get rid of double chin because spot fat reduction isn’t possible you lose that though just dieting or exercise however it’s important to know that not all people will completely lose there double chin due to there skin or there genetics which sucks but you can make it smaller, the best thing you can it’s easy all you have to do is lift your tongue up to your month and leave to there for a few minutes each day doing some repetition and then letting go it will tone up the jaw and make the jaw go into a different place in shape
@AnnisaCharles4 ай бұрын
It’s a mixture, I’ve found, of both poor jawline and congestion. If you do some of the exercises, you’ll feel mucus/congestion move around. If you don’t, then the double chin may be just because of muscles and weight, but if you do feel it and try this for a while and see a difference, you may realize some of your double chin is from congestion as well (just not totally from congestion). I hope that makes sense. I notice when I keep up with these exercises, my double chin lessens (doesn’t go away, but gets smaller) and even my over all congestion in my sinuses feel better. Our sinuses are connected everywhere, it’s crazy lol

I don't mean to be rude or anything but I don't get why people label their videos house tours and then proceed to show their closets or fridges ? I don't care about where you put your clothes or what you have in your fridge or anything that isn't related to home decor. Just show me the room and your decor that's it.
@AnnisaCharles4 ай бұрын
I’ll remember that for the future! I thought some people would like to see my closet situation, but I see what you mean :) I have a new apartment tour video where I don’t go into details about fridges and closets, just mainly the blank canvas I have to start decorating :)
