She died from crash dieting. She was starving herself which probably caused an electrolyte imbalance and threw her into cardiac arrest.

100% agree! I saw an interview w/ him saying, he felt that when they came back w/ 2nd Band (w/ actress of One Day Day A Time actress, her name not coming to me. She was molested by her dad, and he 100% contributed to her drug problem. She sang in place of Cass), "I think we were far better than the original Band." What a Joke! I couldn't even get thru listening to one song, sounded that awful.

Ms. Cass Elliot Died of a Heart Attack in her sleep. She was in the UK on a Solo Tour. The night she died she had called Mama Michelle once "home" back at her Hotel. Cass was over her moon her solo career had solidified. Cass made it. She was an international music Star from the USA. That Ham sandwich was never touched. Coroner report noted Cass had NO Drugs or Alcohol in her system. It was not mentioned Drs speculated following her Death that Cass's binge dieting habit may have contributed to her heart attack. Drs added that often binge dieting long term can cause heart attacks as such due to fact our internal systems suffer unseen damage. RIP Cass.
