It hasn't changed, its perfectly fine...never had issues. Don't let people who don't know what they're talking about influence you. Get the Ordinator patch like I do if you use it. Other perk mods will likely require patching as well, sine there isn't any. I had to make compatability patches for all the other major overhauls myself...simple to do.

@@zombiekillo547 Not sure I know what you mean. I have an INI setting that allows time to elapse quicker when waiting, and overall Timescale is reduced from vanilla 20 to 12.

Sometimes, they're like this. I just roll with how it is. You gotta remember, these are ALL live streamed so i'm interacting with the ppl that actually show up to support me on Twitch...which is alot now. ;)

Its started, btw...over on my Twitch channel(main channel for content: Magus80)..running Better Vampires, Better Vampire Lords and a host of custom mods I made specifically for the series. Its been a tremendous hit over there. I haven't exported any vids here though. Figured I'd let you know, since you were asking about it.

Around 1360 total. My own personal setups can have upwards of 1900+. Mods count doesn’t really matter though, it’s good placement and patching.

@@magus8015 Jesus christ man. I wish I was good at installing mods and such but i’m not super techy and I hate having to install 3 or 4 different script mods just to get ONE to work.

@@ifoundmemallet3394 I’ve been doing it for years. My modding actually started on console though before moving to PC. It gets easier the more you learn and do it.

@@magus8015 Yea but I also have slow internet so I can’t just do clean installs a hundred times to get mods that really need it and I can’t be downloading thousands of them that’ll overload my pc. It only has a 1080 in it.

Gonna add him to my new setup. Had a major bug with Lexy’s and am back to my own, with Requiem again. I’m going to see if he hasn’t already been patched for Requiem….and see how he does. Lexy’s was still on the old version but their audit is next month so he should be up to the latest version.

Well, day 4 killed it….I’m trying to troubleshoot now, but I might be going back to Requiem and my own setup again.

@@chrisjewell6817 it’s 3 months old now, it’s come and gone and I’ve done like 12 setups since then. Ofc, I have my core stuff, but I’ll likely never release it. If I do, it’ll be as a walkthrough manual modding setup on Nexus or Patreon, but tbh that won’t likely happen.

Thanks, yeah he's an original character from back in January of 2012, although he's also come back multiple times in different variations. And thanks...there are MANY overhauls all wrapped up and patched to work together. Not my normal setup, I usually run a different NPC setup, but this looks good too.

@@magus8015 It does indeed! I know Lexy's guide uses Diversity and Wico as a base with many other mods and it looks similar. Lore friendly but each character is distinct.

We’ll be starting a new series very soon…new setup, new character as well. I’d announce it but YT only allows when you have access to the Community tab at 1k subs. Since I stream on Twitch, because YT streaming was super slow for me, I’ll never have that 1k(no biggie here though).

I’m thinking all the scripting. Requiem just flat runs better without it. And when I personally play characters, unless they are a specific “Relic Hunter”, having Legacy installed wouldn’t make much sense. I’ll also be going back to full SE(1.5.97) fairly soon as the CC stuff is fine for what it is, but a lot of needless patches and stuff I just don’t care about.

@@magus8015 Makes sense. LOTD is script heavy; I stay around 400-500 Mod count; I don't have many issues which I prefer. LOL.

@@DK-js7xz I usually don’t but with Requiem you’re already focused more on the character than doing multiple fetch quests for the museum. And even with the patch for both, there’s a lot of unbalanced things. Remove LOTD and you also get rid of like 100 plugins. I’ll eventually go back to a non-Requiem setup(sooner rather than later) and LOTD will be added back.

Nope, no lists or mod packs. I build my own setups, use my own custom INI settings, and tweaked ENB & lighting. A lot of the mods in this series I’ve made myself, and some published and others are WIP. I’d say it’s best to mod your own setup. Start with tutorials by GamerPoets or even Gopher(although some of his are a tad outdated now)…and literally everything is online at your disposal to help.

I was too! Both the quest and the fact that I wasn’t even sure Linwe was one attacking me! 😂 But definitely cool to get it that early and have a fence in Windhelm early too.
