I thought Counter strike SOURCE 2 would be this in the future....boy i was dissapointed. I got Counter Strike Global offensive 2 instead.

increase the gamma and shadow brightness, project is too dark in scenes, and looks unrealistic,it looks realistic because all models are scanned,test your lights and shadows on simple object, you will see there is no realisim in your settings
