Uhm what even is this? It says "lifesaving" but being a guard for the last 10 years proves this is nonsense. I'm going to say this once and only once, and loud for the people in the back *clears throat* KEEP THE VICTIMS HEAD ABOVE THE WATER YOU GODDAMN MORONS. this is just swimming as fast as you can with lifesaving equipment. Wich is fine. But call it what it is. I want to see these amazing swimmers do deep water spinals and a raised edge pool deck as fast and as stable as they can. I want to see arm splint. Head neck splint on a 400lbs guy.
