put off the traction control, stability control and the abs completely off and itll be way easier. also stay in the third gear or you'll not have that initial kick of power out of the corner

Radar shows "hider is behind you very long way away". Guy keeps crashing into random ai trucks while actively driving further away from the hider : "Yeah, we're going to find someone, but these aren't it". 350IQ gameplay right there.
