A powerful section lifted out of the day's valuable teaching. "...by staying close to the immediate actuality of your life, this will become clear..." James' vision and message are humanly awe-inspiring.

4:47:54 If I can't accept myself, as I am, completely, how can anyone else? Because, if I can't accept myself, I'm going to have to keep you at some distance. Beacuse, if I am truly naked and you are truly intimate, you will find all my flaws, my faults, my limitations. And I don't like them. And I am sure you won't like them. So then we are in the theater of artificiality of pretense. So this teaching is very very profound. I open to how I am and I see there are so many aspects to the manifesting of myself. And they come and they go. It is undeniable that when they come, they are here, but it is also undeniable that they vanish. I am irritable, but I am not intrinsicaly irritable. The irritablity doesn't define me, and so, if I give it a place, it can settle. ~ James Low

Fantastic as always. Thankyou James and team for your work. I’m caught up on the q and a’s now, having worked through them all. Frankly, this is the single most valuable collection of teachings available I’ve come across. You are helping countless people to help themselves with your education James. Hoping to join for a live session in the near future. Sharing the emergent moment together will be a treat! Best wishes, Harry from Tasmania, Australia

Thank you, James. I've been Buddhist for many years, but have never heard an explanation like this. I'll need to listen to it again as it contains so much for an empty talk. .

Thank you for this lesson. However, is there not a difference between judging and rational discernment? Is there no clear difference between someone who shoplifts and someone who actually pays (to use a simple example)? There seems to be a danger of moral relativism.

I just get pure and enjoyment listening to James Low. it’s just simple permission to live the way you always kind of knew you were supposed to live. It’s so simple but it’s nice to hear it reiterated in so many different ways. Thank you.
