Hi, the palette is SVG file, so just open it inside Adobe Illustrator, you will get the vectors 😊

Hi bro! - I will :D - To make HD background for 2d animation video, just create 2d backgrounds as Vector Graphic Format using Adobe Illustrator, then animate these vector files by using Adobe After Effects.

Neat little tutorial. I do have a little bit of a shortcut for you though: There is a feature in the more recent versions of Illustrator that will select similar colors (Up on the top right, next to transform). Use that to your advantage to quickly change big blocks of color on your pieces. Cheers.
