The romance/character events are all the same regardless of whether the player character is male or female. The only noticeably different scenes are those involving the planning/birth of the couple’s children.

I'm stuck on fighting the Death Wall in RF3 Special. After I saved near the entrance of Death Wall, I was blocked by an barrier prevent me from reaching the frosty face. Did I do something wrong?

Hi! So the barrier is inside the boss room itself, not on the outside (by the save point)? If so, have you viewed all the dialogue scenes (about the mysterious cackling, etc.) leading up to that area? The game may not let you begin the battle without having triggered these (such as if you explore this area too early before defeating the Oddward Valley bosses). If the barrier is near the save point and preventing you from entering the boss room at all, clear all the enemies and gates(portals) once again to make it disappear. Feel free to reply if you still aren’t having luck with it!

Yang Fan is genuinely the *worst* person in all of Rune Factory. He's so deplorable he actually puts the real antagonists to shame. He manipualtes and ruins the lives of those around him for pleasure and doesn't even respect Lin Fa. He faces 0 repurcussions and manages to make everyone think of it as a game. I bet he has other women in other towns that he just manipulates fo fun. Fuck him, I hope he trips off a cliff in the rain.

I have a question, but do I need to beat any bosses before unlocked Karina's confession? I'm stuck at the twin lion bosses and was worried if that might prevent me from getting Karina's confession scene.

Hi! No worries, the only story-related requirement is to have unlocked your wooly form (defeated the Privera Forest boss). For the confession request (#9) specifically, the requirements are that you’ve completed request #8 and have 9+LP with Karina. Hope this helps!

I've heard some folks online say that he's toxic and stuff for calling us stupid and being rude and just generally not being super lovey, and if this was irl I'd agree, but goddammit I can't help myself here, Dylas and his silly angsty self has my whole heart FOREVER. A big reason I couldn't even get through Rune Factory 5 was because not ONE of the marriage candidates measured up to Dylas in my eyes. Bro's been my comfort character since I was a kid, still is at 23, idk what magic spell this horse man has over me but... guh, he's my boi. It's not even a thirst thing anymore, he's like an old friend❤ Thats probly weird to say about pixels on a screen. I promise this is like the ONE character I simply cannot act sane about.

Hi, thanks for checking in! I’d like to of course, but since it’ll be a new release, others may beat me to it.. I’d rather not rush my personal first experience just to compete, if that’s the case :/ but we’ll see! It’s looking like we might get a simultaneous worldwide release, but if the Japanese version comes out first, I’ll definitely be getting it and a head start, which would help :> Either way, please look forward to more from the channel come spring (and possibly some little things before then)!

Good question! Only the devs would know--it's as ambiguous as you see it here. I suspect they wanted to leave room for a sequel/prequel, or just as an opportunity to connect future lore. It'd be cool to eventually see this answered in another game!

Hi! The engagement ring must be crafted using your workshop--it is not purchasable. Wells will come to your house and give you the recipe after the Unity Festival, though the recipe isn’t required to craft it. The materials are 1 ruby and 2 silver. It is a crafting level 20 recipe, meaning you have a 10% chance of success at crafting level 11.
