How do you wash the dog food crumbs and greasiness?

Love doing these! My daughter makes the big tote bags with all of our empty feed bags. Do you have a tutorial on how to make these smaller ones? She wants to give them as a freebie with her eggs.

This idea is becoming more popular now that plastic waste is in the forefront of world wide toxic pollution. Great way to reuse what would otherwise be thrown away or burned. And I absolutely love your design. It's a great idea and one that I'd like to diy. Is there a tutorial for making this bag? I'd love to see that posted. 😊

you said 3 pieces of plastic bag panels equals one layer but then you said it takes two layers for a bag to be strong so do you fuse all together 6 pieces together or fuse 3 then put the two together to total the 6 sorry was unclear what you meant. I live in Michigan so can't come to a class ;) do you have written instructions? do you also fuse your images during this process. How are you getting the clear look over the chip bags? is that like a clear newspaper bag?

That's what one Filipino village does for money. The women dig through mountains of trash in land fills, wash the bags, sanitize them, iron them and then sew them together. They sell to tourists to support their village. One time while visiting the Philippines, my mom bought several bags. Am so encouraged to see it make its way to other parts of the world!
