As a past patient of Dr. Chong I have nothing but praise for her. She is a highly skilled surgeon, who is deeply connected to her patients emotionally, spiritually and physically. She and her staff build confidence in every patient with a genuine focus on each person's individual needs. I feel blessed to have been in her care during one of my most challenging periods of my lifetime, and consider her a friend and a confidant besides a critical member of the team of medical professionals who cared for me during my breast cancer journey. My respect and appreciation for Dr. Chong is limitless, she is an extraordinary medical professional, as well as a beautiful human being. I feel blessed to call her my friend.

As a general ophthalmologist in a group practice, looking to expand my Botox volume as well as other elective aspects of my practice, I found this podcast very helpful. There were some good take-home points regarding the patient experience in the practice and using social media as a tool for the patient to learn more about which services are offered, and also to get a deeper understanding of the doctor’s background and experience.

It was very interesting. I do find it kind of sad, that there is never mention of physicians like Internal medicine, Family medicine and other specialties, practicing cosmetic procedures. It's always surgeons and know Nurse Practitioners. In reality many physicians have been practicing cosmetic procedures between 15 to 20 yrs. In my clinic, we had a Nurse practitioner and it was a total disaster. Thank God, we were able to pick up the pieces just because we have been in practice for 20 yrs. Everything that you mention in your talk, it's so true.....
