I have a solution for the Q that we struggled with, this is for Pauline (Test your understanding 12)... In the question they mentioned that Pauline acquired 6 million of Sonias shares and as per extract provided, Sonia had 8 million equity shares so this means that Paulina acquired 75% shareholding (6million /8million) and NCI is difference between the 8million less 6 million which is 25% (2million/8million)
