I still think just void it's way better (on ekko atleast, ikr this is just trying the item), the item is kinda good only on mages with way more abilities like cassio or gwen, Ekko in his entire combo just applies like what, 3 or 4 stacks max?

It was an interesting design choice to add magic black cleaver when most people don't full spec MR and mages were already decently strong.
