New Character idea: Hellboy. Obviously a Human with the Nephilim Heritage and the Pitborn Lineage Feat, but what else can you do to make him more like the real deal?
@Drahjan_BeginDownload

In the two movie adaptations, Hellboy was tied to some form of prophecy of the apocalypse. So, an appropriate background option would be the Chosen One. Honestly, I am tempted to say that he would share the class I picked for Dark Pit and go for Oracle. However, the Thaumaturge might be closer. I could even see the Exemplar class that is about to be released with the upcoming "War of Immortals". That's just off the top of my head. I'll have to read up on Hellboy's lore to see, though.

Hello Drahjan how are you doing today Sorry if it sounds like I'm pestering but there are a couple of comments I posted a while ago that you never responded to I'm just wondering if you saw them or if they got like buried in your notifications The first one is I went on about how due to my ADHD I made a whole new Homebrew class for a necromancer in the lore context for what's going on lupinecho I mean there's so much more I have to go over with how dark matter ties into the whole thing but like I gave this idea on what a necromancer would be in the controlled but unrefined Eldridge energy State somewhere to what warlock is and how paladin and cleric is for controlled by unrefined Divine energy Another one was talking about the magificer lore accurate to self and how he tied into the dragon gods There's one more I'm forgetting but I also posted another one today about my idea for a lawful good black dragon that you haven't seen yet Again I'm just checking to see if you've seen any of these if not or if you have what do you think

I just got to responding to the Black Dragon comment. I have been busy with this video. As for the others, I can't read them. Same problem as the last time we talked about the structure of your comments. Whatever program you're using to convert your speech into text doesn't understand what punctuation is. I can't figure out: 1. Where a sentence ends and a new one starts. 2. If I figure out what is a sentence, I lose the topic of said sentence; because you are talking about three different things without completing a single line of thought. 3. Any single lines of thought I can discern are still confusing, as the grammer used doesn't line up with the rest of the text. Apologies if this reads as an insult to you. I know that it is not your fault. I am simply insulting the program that you are using to generate your comments.

@Drahjan_BeginDownload I'm just using Google speech to text microphone thing I think it just might be how I structure things and that is fully on me I also forget to put punctuation in so again on me so let's try and break this down Okay I restated the details and used check GPT to give it punctuation: When it comes to what I was talking about with the Magificer, regarding his lore-accurate self, in the simplest terms, he went through a whole arc where he unintentionally became the adopted parent to the dragon gods. This happened due to him unintentionally buying the soul of a red dragon that was interested in his spell discs. How that happened was because he was fully prepared to give the discs to the red dragon for free, as he was just excited that someone was actually interested in what he was doing instead of getting upset at him for trying to combine technology and magic. However, the dragon insisted that there had to be a value placed on this, leading to a back-and-forth where the dragon constantly raised the price he was willing to pay. Eventually, he offered up his soul, and the Magificer just took the deal, not wanting to see how the dragon would one-up itself any further. Later, he formed a merchant's contract stating that, although he prefers to give these away for free (as his view is that he just wants to see the experiments he does in action), if someone has a price they are willing to pay for these items, then the price value is what he has on this contract or what he's willing to charge. Tiamat added to that by hiding a sigil that would attract chromatic dragons willing to sell their souls to him, believing him to be a safe place for them to do so without being manipulated. He did not realize this at the time. Later, two new Finchlings in training for Fizbin came to him to sell their souls because he had gotten kidnapped on their watch, and they wanted his help. Once again, he tried to talk them down, saying he would do it for free, but they didn’t listen. So, he accepted, and as a reward, Fizbin added his own seal and told the two canaries to stay with the Magificer. After a while of shenanigans, they effectively kind of became a family, with him adopting them. Later on, the crystalline dragon gods seal appeared along with a distress signal. The Magificer immediately geared up, got Tiamat and bahamut, and went to look for their youngest sibling

Ignition from primal list is probably the closest cantrip for Pepper Breath from bone magic. Which dragonblood examplar is Agumon? Doesnt blessed armaments mean unarmed cunning is unnecessary, since it can give your claws the critical specialization anyway? So you coukd take dragon flight at 5 and true dragon flight at 9. Love the digimon videos, you have any interest in doing Gabumon? A dog/reptile turning into a cyborg wolf sounds like a wild pf2e character.
@Drahjan_BeginDownload
@Drahjan_BeginDownload Ай бұрын
@chiragasnani3437 Ignition! That was the spell I was thinking of! Oops. I forgot to mention that, didn't I? While I didn't pick any feats that were affected by the Exemplar, I did originally pick the Diabolic Dragon (since it was the fire damage option). However, considering that most of Agumon's Mega level evolutions are holy in some capacity, I think that the Empyreal would be more appropriate. Surprisingly, no. Blessed Armaments can only affect one weapon. However, I did notice that Iruxi Armaments already had the critical specialization listed for when you become level 5. But I thought that it was just an error in the app I was using because Unarmed Cunning is the 5th Level Iruxi Ancestry Feat, while Iruxi Armaments is only 1st Level. If you think that True Dragon Flight is more important for the build, I believe that Form of the Dragon could technically be dropped. Gabumon wasn't the next Digimon build I had planned, lol. But I may do one in the future. Gabumon's strange evolution line definitely has potential for a strange build in Pathfinder 2e.

So, I have been binging a lot of Yu-Gi-Oh content, and I have begun to wonder if there's a way to make Yu-Gi-Oh monsters as Pathfinder characters. If you don't know, a bunch of Yu-Gi-Oh cards have lore, and some of the most interesting lore comes from the Duel Terminal. It's a story about four warring tribes coming together to fight off an alien invasion and the aftermath of the defeat of the aliens. Specifically, I think it would be extremely interesting to cover the race that shows up midway through the war: the Genex. You see, the aliens (also known as the Worms) are able to adapt to survive harsh environments and defeat the inhabitants of the worlds they attack. One adaptation was the power to corrupt the land around them when they were killed. The Genex are the guardians of the world of the Duel Terminal, and basically showed up to repair the environment. When the Worms attacked them, they would fight back, but they weren't very strong. The tribes, who had formed an alliance called "Justice", decided to use technology they had developed to fight against the Worms to help out the Genex, creating the Genex Controllers, which could send data collected from Justice's previous battles with the Worms to the Genex to help them fight back. When the Genex received the data, they would undergo a physical transformation (with the cards, this was shown through Synchro Summoning). My question is: how would you make one of the Genex?
@Drahjan_BeginDownload
@Drahjan_BeginDownload 2 ай бұрын
@thejennybean Many apologies for the late response, I just saw your comment. I actually made a couple of Yugioh monsters as playable characters for D&D. So it is definitely a possibility that these characters can be made in Pathfinder 2e. The easiest characters to replicate would probably be Dark Magician, Buster Blader, and Gaia/Black Luster Soldier. Now, the Genex (and by proxy, the Ally of Justice), their deal is a bit more complicated. From a pure mechanical standpoint, I would go with the Automatons for the Ancestry. Android would be a close second, but only because of how different Automatons and Androids are. I would say that my build for XJ-9 is decently close to a Genex/AoJ character. Although I would probably swap out the Background for Junker or Inventor. Maybe even Warrior.
@thejennybean
@thejennybean 2 ай бұрын
@Drahjan_BeginDownload That's a really good idea for the Ally of Justice monsters and some Genex monsters, but I was also wondering two things. First, would some of the Genex monsters with attributes other than Dark (like Gaia, Furnace, Blastfan and Undine), would they use the Elemental heritages? Second, what would the best way to incorporate their ability to drastically improve with help from Controller? In the card game, it's Synchro Summoning, which is a process of rapid evolution due to a regular monster coming in contact with a Tuner monster. In fact, is there a way to recreate the different Summoning methods in Pathfinder? Because they are an actual part of card lore and not just a mechanic for the card games.
@Drahjan_BeginDownload
@Drahjan_BeginDownload Ай бұрын
@thejennybean Sorry for the late response, I just now saw your comment. For the elemental Genex, I also thought that the Geniekin Heritages would be fitting for them. For example, Undine would have the Undine Heritage. Another option could be the "Elementally Infused" Backgrounds. I went over them briefly in my Bionicle Toa in Pathfinder videos. And these backgrounds could be just as useful. Of course, the Kineticist class would be the class to pick up for these particular Genex. As for the Synchro mechanic... that one is a bit tricky. I heard about a feature in Pathfinder 2e that lets a PC basically fuse with another character, but I don't remember where I saw it. There's a chance that it might be in the "Tian Xia Character Guide"; as that's where we can find an equally hilarious but useful ability: the Starlit Sentinel (a.k.a Magical Girl Transformation). If I remember correctly, the user of this fusion ability has to be size category Small and be in the same space as the creature they are using with. ... Actually, I think it might be an ability you give to a summons that was summoned by the Summoner class. I'll have to take a look when I get the chance. (I recently released my build for Agumon in Pathfinder 2e. I hope you enjoy the build.)
