Well done mate, i did my first VO2MAX test at hampden sports clinic last week. Im 50 years old and weigh 82kg. I scored 50.7 vo2max on the treadmill which i was very happy with . Ive got more into running up hills ,rowing and anything cardio. resistance training . I used to lift heavy weights and was 90kg . Feel alot healthier cutting down on food intake to fuel these lifts . Lower weight , lower heart rate .. and feel great with healthy diet ... great video

What a pisser mate when things don't work the way they should, even more so when you put so much in to it. The drone footage is brilliant mate and the colour of the trees is amazing and great to the area with the dusting of snow.

Didn’t see a croc

I guess you didn't tell the dive operator that you hadn't dived for 12 months. The dive leader should have ended your dive when he saw the blood in your mask. Not having dived for 12 months puts you in line for a refresher dive with an instructor before you do any dive. You didn't get bent, you didn't panic and die so how can this video be a dive that has gone horribly wrong? Obviously you forgot all your training when you got your open water cert.

If there’s a croc there, it’s been placed there by someone it’s an extinct volcano and elevated in height, there’s no actual way for a crocodile to get into the lake

I’m from cairns & have grown up swimming at that swimming place always lovey there we all know there’s a croc there but we pay no mind because it’s harmless to us. 😊

Probably don't have to tell you this now, but you shouldn't force yourself to equalize. If you can't equalize, ascend a little, try again, and if it's just not happening simply end the dive.
