Yes limiting the barrier to entry is so important! 2 years ago I started doing 5 pushups during downtime at work or whenever I was feeling tired...I saw results surprisingly fast and it inspired me to do more. Now I look forward to working out, which is something I never thought I'd say.

As a 19-year-old who has built a business and grossed 2.06 Million and net $530,000 since 15 (Gross is the full amount earned or made, while net is what remains after subtracting expenses, taxes, and costs) I can tell you firsthand from my experience things that I did to get to this point. 1. Hard work (and I can’t overstate this enough) it may seem like a simple thing to say but here’s what I mean. Between the age of 15 to now, I’ve had a schedule usually starting around 4 or 5 AM and ending around 8 to 10 PM. There’s some filler in there like breakfast lunch and dinner of course and leisure time on weekends. Overall 80% of my time is working. I’ve had days that lasted between 15 to 17 hours. Sometimes to the point where by the time I was finished working, I felt exhausted and sometimes even sick. It’s what I was willing to do to get to this point. 2. Network. Meet people in the realm of what you plan to do and gain knowledge from their losses and wins. The more you fast track the progress by gaining the knowledge from someone else who is already doing what you wish to achieve, the better. That does NOT include buying a course or taking some exclusive class online. Those are scams. Meet people who are willing to invest in your success. Don’t let someone else tell you to invest in theirs. 3. Limit time wasting factors. I personally deleted Instagram and Snapchat near the beginning of my journey. It helped boost my time and my mental health. It led me to explore a life of my own outside my phone and seek motivation. I never personally played video games but it is another example. Leave the alternative reality behind. The truth is by the time reality sets in, it may be too late to do much about it. Don’t let reality get ahead of you, if you can. 4. Don’t bite off more than you can chew. It’s a silly analogy but I can’t stress the significance enough. If you try to go after everything all at once like wealth, looks, fame, mental health, and more it will almost certainly end in little to no progress from your starting position. Think of it like putting the petal to the metal in a car that is sitting still. Your tires will spin out because you didn’t gain enough traction and momentum to keep up with the difference between 0 and 100. The result after you let off the gas is you stayed roughly in the same position but you wasted gas (energy) and burned rubber (only cost yourself) in the process. Not to belabor the point but that’s essentially how it plays out when you go for too much too quick. Anyway, that’s just from my personal experience. Those are things I have gained some insight on along the way. I don’t usually comment but was recommended this video and saw a bit of myself in you from where I was at a few years ago. Good luck with your journey 🙏
