Dear Israr, First Make Sure Your document Color Mode is (CMYK) then you can send To client if have activate subscription plan from creative cloud directly from illustrator, but if you want to export this document which 3000pxX2000px for client make sure export in .JPEG format before you receive the payment. After you receive the payment you can export it in original .Ai or PDF. one more thing I need to mention here is to present the logo with logo mockup. Hope this help.

Yes your right we have several other fast way to create, but this tutorial can help out to practice in creating grid for your shapes in illustrator.
