Cherish is the word I use to describe All the feeling that I have hiding here for you inside You don't know how many times I wished that I had told you You don't know how many times I wished that I could hold you You don't know how many times I've wished that I could mold you Into someone who could Cherish me as much as I cherish you Perish is the word that more than applies To the hope in my heart each time I realize That I am not going to be the one To share your dreams That I am not going to be the one To share your schemes That I am not going to be the one To share what seems to be the life That you could cherish me as much as I do yours. Oh I'm beginning to think That man has never found The words that could make you want me That have the right amount of letters Just the right sound That could make you hear Make you see That you're driving me out of my mind Oh I could say I need you But then you'd realize that I want you Just like a thousand other guys Who say they'd love you With all the rest of their lives When all they wanted was to Touch your face, your hand And gaze into your eyes Cherish is the word I use to describe All the feeling that I have hiding here for you inside You don't know how many times I wished that I had told you You don't know how many times I wished that I could hold you You don't know how many times I wished that I could mold you Into someone that could cherish me as much as I cherish you And I do Cherish you Source: LyricFind Songwriters: Brian Kelly Mcknight

I'm right there in that audience, all preteen & everything!! Thing is now I watch it & I think, that's the middle of the day, it's hot, there's a breeze, there's no lighting, no special effects, screaming so loud you can hear yourself and it's just him with a backup band all by himself and the only way he can hear himself is the monitors right in front of him. Damn I'm amazed & impressed even more than when I was there. What a talent to be able to do all that in broad daylight, never giving less than a high level of sheer professionalism and enthusiasm.... makes me proud I've always been a David Cassidy fan and I can say I was there!!! Still love you and miss you David ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I'm in there somewhere with my Dad standing right behind me, making sure I was safe & standing guard. Yep right there in the middle of all that screaming & hysteria..... Me 11-12 yrs old, singing and screaming my head off with Dad right behind me smoking a ciggie every now and then. The entire concert he was there, when it was over he held my hand and we walked back to the car (good thing too, I would've walked into a bloody truck I was that excited & worn out, it was a hot day and there was absolutely no shade.... wobbly legs I had). We drove home (like for real we lived 10mins away and after that concert it would've taken us 30mins. Just total traffic jam) I was on cloud 9,10, 11 & every number after....Dad just smiled and said yes alot & never once did he say a word about how bloody silly it must have been for him. When my Mum asked he simply said "Yeah he was pretty good and it was worth it!" Then kissed me on the head and went to sit down quietly with a cold beer while I jumped all over the place telling Mum everything!!! Thanks David & Dad for one of the best memories of my life....❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️🥰🥰🥰🥰

Gracias x compartir. Te extrañamos ahora y siempre!!!!

I was 14 when I went to his Melbourne concert at the MCG on march 10th 1974. I remember it like it was yesterday. Very mature for his age. He had to grow up quickly because of the fame. He looks very lonely especially when he sighs.

Oh, and I just can't get over what a master Showman he was, totally, inside, and out, just perfect, and natural, no gimmicks or ANYTHING unnatural, just his real, true natural voice, and masterful musicianship, and gorgeousness!!! Absolutely no, zero,--"performer", can do this, today. No one. He was truly the greatest, most beautiful singer and musician of all-time, to me!!

Just found this!!!! This is just a breathtaking clip and beautiful quality, of gorgeous David, with his perfectly beautiful voice, sexiness, and style!!! Wow! what a man, and a endlessly talented singer-songwriter! Love the way the drummer was riveted on his leader (David), what great musicians!! The sound quality of this is impeckible, and perfect! He is a master of the piano, too! I have never heard anyone play the piano, as uniquely as he did, as well, in this style! Thank you, Miss Monique, for this Jewel!!!!!! Love and miss him so, what I wouldn't give for a time machine......
