I'm only trying to help. At the begining of the video your audio is not loud enough. I wanted to hear what you had to say but it was too low. Couldn't make it out ! You might try to retape the video. My great grandmother was a cane cutter on this plantation.. if only she had saved the one cent a day she was paid by the buckrah ..I could have bought this beautiful house… so sad..

Amy, thank you for keeping us looped in! We're supposed to be traveling to St. Croix during the week after Christmas to take advantage of the Crucian Carnival for the first time.. I was concerned travel and housing my not be available but it sounds like there's still hope, as of today..
