We don’t have that here. Most scooters are sold online. The only scooter store I know locally in my area is RevRides and I don’t know if they sell parts.

I haven’t really done a range test on this scooter, and also we measure by miles here. I estimate is 10-12 miles depending on weight.

This is not true, I just bought one. Fully charges the greatest distance I was able to cover was not 15 miles it was barely 8 miles tell the truth!

I don’t have the Kaabo Mantis, but I heard it’s a good electric scooter. I would go for Vsett 9 or Vsett 10. Also Varla Eagle One or Pegasus. I have been thinking about Kugoo Kirin G2 Max.

I would contact customer service as I don’t know how to troubleshoot this scooter. Also I am a product reviewer and purchased the scooter with my own money, so I am neither a spokesperson or a sponsored person for this product or company. I wish I was sponsored but most of this electric scooters/skateboards and bikes goes to the most popular KZbinrs to give away free products to review. So yeah, I would research KZbin and look for videos on how to troubleshoot electric scooters particularly this one Kugoo Kirin M4 Pro or contact their customer service team either via emails or phone.
