Madam I have not received my offer or joining letter but they sent me offered CTC breakup. I accepted it too. I noticed, they have included health insurance within my CTC. I was expecting to provide this benefit other than salary. Am I wrong to expect it? Should I ask to include that to my gross salary?

Life often leads us to jobs we don’t really enjoy. Many of us work not because we love our jobs, but because we need to pay our bills and take care of ourselves. We have to cover expenses like rent, electricity, EMIs, and food. If we don’t have a stable job, it can be really hard to manage, especially if we are alone and don’t have family support. Imagine someone who lost their father at a young age, like I did when I was just 5 or 6 years old. After that, my elder brother and my mother had to take care of our family. My brother was a great cricket player with a lot of talent. If things had been different, he might have followed his dreams and become successful in sports. But when our father passed away due to cancer, everything changed. My brother had to give up his dreams and take on the responsibility of supporting us, even though he was still very young and not ready for such a big task. As we grew older, we all went our separate ways. My two elder brothers got married and started their own families, building their own homes and taking on new responsibilities. I realized that I needed to be independent, so I decided to move to Noida for a fresh start. While I had a job, my family was proud of me and supported me. However, when I lost my job during demonetization and then during the pandemic, things changed. Many of the people who had been supportive began to distance themselves when I needed them the most. In those tough times, my mother stepped in and supported me financially. If she hadn’t been there for me, I have no idea what would have happened or what I would have done. These experiences have taught me that sometimes we must do things we don’t enjoy just to survive. But they also showed me how strong we can be in difficult times and the complicated nature of family relationships. As I move forward, I hold onto these lessons, understanding both the struggles and the victories that life brings.

Hello Varsha Madam, If next company employee joining ke samay pe your last working manager contact, colleague contact na mangtey hue only salary and bank statement slips maangtey hai for general verifications then only employee will start giving real feedback to HR teams while exit or while doing jobs ..kyuki tum interview clear karlo offer lelo then agar tum previous employer ke pass not required feedback mangtey aur wo manager personally tumhare se saath kuch bad past hoga toh wo tumko harm kar sakta agar next company us managers ko unnecessarily serious leke
