My Favorite band growing up in the late sixties into the seventies...I owned every album. Mark is one of the most talented musicians to ever walk onto a stage. anywhere, in any genre.

Grand Funk Railroad influenced every rock band that came after. I can pick out GFRR in so many other bands music that came up in the early 80s. No better band to emulate, no doubt.

i had just turned 16yrs old, living in the uk hardly anyone had heard of them, i heard 1track...mean mistreater and bought the album, the second album i ever bought...woodstock was the first...montrose was my fifth....great bands..i was pretty fuckin cool then ....and it,s still in my loft lol

It's not the same group without Mark Farner in there and Don and Mel thinks it's the same group but it's not without Mark Farner in that group it's not Grand Front Road anymore on one is Grand Funk railroad's Mark Farner cuz he was a main influence of Grand Funk Railroad he's one of road all those songs and Don and Mel made a mistake by just did what they did to him I guarantee he did they made a mistake by doing that to Mark Farner diversity and that's a shame

You could not play like JIMMY you could not play like CREAM but after listening to GRAND FUNK you want to play like them.
