Thinking about smart cap for a 2024 TRD off road. Where did you pull wires for the cap? Can you post something about how you ran those wires?

Great looking truck! Same as mine, but I have OF model. I have a couple questions. 1. I did replace OEM tires with Falken Wildpeak AT4W 265/70r17. Would the Westcott kit be too much? I just want to level the truck without loosing suspension travel. 2. I had a Smartcap on my previous truck and will put one on my new Tacoma. Did you have to install bed braces to strengthen the truck bed?

Nice truck, I have a super similar build! I wanted to ask, I have the smart cap as well on the new Tacoma. How do you feel about all the weight being on the 4 brackets that connect to the track rails instead of sitting on top of the bed itself. Do you know the max rating for those tracks? Do you feel safe putting a tent and people up there?

Hows is the ride with the westcott lift any problems

It rides awesome, just like stock. I also went with the BFG class C tires which have a thinner sidewall than the class E so it's a softer ride. I went with the Westcott because it replaced the entire base of the strut. The other manufacturers put a spacer in between the base and the coil on the strut, some also add a bolt on spacer on the top of the strut which just screams cheap to me.

Same thing for a 1997? I hit the brake and the right signal indicator comes on solid. No issues with the neutral switch as far as functionality. P1780 code as well

I had a similar issue with neutral safety switch, high beam indicator on for low beams, no ect indicator etc etc. What ibdid that solved the issue was I reflowed / resoldered all the solder joints on the back of the main cluster trace layout. I did every single one I could find. Just be careful as the plastic trace board/ plastic paper with the traces soldered onto it is super thin and heat sensitive right. Just set soldering iron to 220 to 250 degrees and for just a second or two tops, reflow those joints. Give that a shot and see, fixed mine after problem started when I originally just wanted to update the cluster bulbs to led. Not exactly sure what caused it, could have been because less current resistance through bulbs somehow stressed the old solder joints or who knows. Reflowing the joints did the trick inste6of sourcing a replacement. Good luck anyone else who runs into this issue.

good morning my 4runner 2002 presents a failure the cluster stops working I remove the battery connector and connect it again works again but in a few minutes it returns to present the fault can you help me with this problem please.
