The gospel of tongue scraper for oral hygiene really needs to be spread more cause it’s truly a life changer.. I’ve never tried AZO probiotics but I’ll look out for it ❤️

I still use it when am home I mean dr Rachel suncream, since I work from home and I’m hardly close to the window at all I use dr rashel’s sunscreen Then when I go out I use Isntree hyaluronic or beauty of Joseon sunscreen( I alternate them)for good coverage and for my body I use the black girl sunscreen spray.

Hello even though I am a male I wear female clothing but I never tried female hygiene products and I want to would you recommend doing these hygiene tips or the ones I can do? Also does it matter what style or material the fabric I wear downstairs is?

Yes, definitely. Hygiene isn’t limited to female only so you can try all these tips as they work for both male and female, but for supplements like probiotics you should take men probiotics instead. I’ll also recommend cotton underwear as they’re more breathable.

So sorry about that sir, but Dissar oil is not supposed to be used on the face as it can clog your pores and cause breakouts, it’s a body oil and should be used for your body..if you want to use any oil on your face you can opt for olive oil. Original one please or just use only a face cream on your face

Hello, So normally you’re not supposed to use a body lotion on your face . This is a body lotion and not meant to be used for the face maybe that’s why you’re experiencing this issue. I’ll advise you get a face moisturizer for your face instead

Well I will use it for two weeks like they said then if it causes further damages then I will discontinue the use!!!
