New subscriber!😊 I’ve been a loyal Garmin user, my question is whether you think whoop is worth having as a 2nd watch? I’m curious myself cause I kinda wanna try it! Love the content, keep it up and can’t wait to see more!

@@adrunner9thanks for following along! I love the Whoop! It’s very different from a watch as it doesn’t have a face/screen. I find it’s really helpful and gives me a lot more data than my Apple Watch/Coros. If you are looking to fine tune your recovery and just learn more about how your habits affect your running, I highly recommend. I think they do have a trial period, so it’s worth it to see if you would benefit

I have a race the day before yours, and it’s starting to feel pretty close. It’s that tricky time when training is peaking but you don’t want to pick up an injury. BTW, your videos are relaxing 👍🏻
