Without Compassion International, in a lot of countries, poor children have zero access to medical care and are left to fate. I'm so glad Compassion helps and makes sure they get full medical care. It depends on the country.

One of the children I sponsor shares the same birthday with me. Great idea! I know of a couple that lost a child when she was a toddler. So they searched for a little girl with the same birthday and sponsored her.

Compassion international is a good initiative, but in Uganda, it is ravaged by corrupt people just stealing childrens donations. I have had first hand experience of this, corrupt people claiming to be of God are lying and misusing funds. You all need to look into this.
