I'm tired of english speakers doing basicaly how english speakers do russian accent and calling it czech. This is at least a third videogame series that I know of that does this. I get that CZ is a small country, but if you've heard a typical native "czenglish" it sounds very different from the typical "hollywood russian" accent.

Viktor's voice is great, but it is not Czech accent (I'm Czech). Search "Monkey Business - My Friends" - except for the chorus there is pure Czech acccent.

tbh a czech accent is something else. this one is more like a British person trying to mimic a non-specific Eastern-European/Balcan accent. We (Czechs) would emphasize the first syllable, so f. e. the word "note" would be pronounced as NO-te [ˈnoʊ.tɛ] (or [ˈnoʊt] in Czech-accented English). Also, we do not have such a strong "L" as other nations from the Eastern or South-eastern part of Europe (Poles, Ukrainians, Serbs, etc.). We pronounce strongly all the consonants, so you will always hear us say "stronG" etc...

I always loved how gentle Viktor’s voice was. It makes you feel safe and comforted, which makes it really believable that he could create a society of peace. Both he and Jayce are charismatic leaders in different ways, but they both become the face of the hextech movement.
