Just do not use virgin media , worst for customer service. Being a Customer for many years, price increases many times mid contract . With being a member of the which? consumer people . A would strongly say avoid virgin media .

Does anyone else have EDF smart meter for Economy 7? Dreading having to get one installed. Trying to find out if I'll still get my Eco 7 night rate in 2 'shifts' - in winter I get 2 hours, then an hour back at high rate, then 5 hours at low. Have been told that will only get my low rate in a block of 7 hours which is not nearly so useful. Does anyone know??

I work with a popular fiber broadband installation company, not saying which one. If I seen this, I'd have got the eircode and report that techs that did it. It's sloppy, lazy work that gives the rest of us a bad name. Everything is wrong with this job. A duct should have been laid between the boundary wall and the customers house to protect the cable. The "techs" had no safety equipment like hard hat and gloves. If this is how virgin media operate, yous should be ashamed of yourselves. And the cable ran inside, shoddy. Take some pride in your work. How are these jobs getting past review? Who's reviewing the work?

If I bought and installed a new corsair cooler replacing the old bricked one, how is it likely that I would get my new corsair cooler bricked again? Would it be a solution? Hex file reinstallation hasn't worked for me.

I am having the same problem. Bought a corsair cpu cooler and after an iCUE update the cooler was not detected by the iCUE app anymore. Tried to install a new firmware but it was unsuccessful. My question: if I bought a new corsair cooler and install it without reformatting the hard drive and reinstalling the Windows, how likely is it that I may experience the same problem?

Hi. Will the corsair 8tb nvme/m.2 mp600 pro nh overheat in my Legion 5i Pro Gen 8 you think? Since it's a laptop i have no heatsinks that will fit due to restricted space. And i don't think there is a single gaming laptop or a regular laptop that can anyway.

Just do it on my 7535hs i know it's a mobile CPU but u know what frametime is realy low and FPS is smoother than ever before now just need to het some conductonaut and a few rounded heatpipe to improve cooling anyway since my cpu is not supported by Ryzen master i do it on my BIOS setting

For my Windows 10/10 Pro People: Go to Windows Security and go to apps and browser control. Disable reputation-based protection. Turn everything off on there that is on. If it's on it stops you from downloading anything. Annoying asf

My experience with EzyBook Parking was generally positive. The online booking system was efficient, and the staff were accommodating. Their own official information for this type of meter was incorrect! I agree about the Smart meter bit that's supposed to show our usage. We unplugged it after a week - complete waste of time. Did you ever get it fixed? I have just managed to leave VM after many years. I now have a 1Gbps connection and can't believe how reliable and fast it is all day in comparison. Port forwarding has nothing to do with your complaint, neither does signal to the router. Attenuators are used based on how close you are to a distribution amplifier, you don't want a really overpowering signal. If the router loses the SSID, WiFi passwords and access password after being switched off, it's either not saved correctly or it is faulty. With that router you have to change the user password, then let it restart, then the SSID and password for 2.4GHz and let it restart, then the same again for 5GHz and wait for a restart. If you change channel width or number, one band at a time and let it restart. I can't remember if it had a backup feature, but you can go in and save the config and just upload it in the event of a fault. You can't change all the settings and save in one go which is time consuming.
