I'm curious why all the suppliers and video posters seem to be from the UK? It's a Japanese company (I think?) so that can't be a reason. I just don't see why a country with a relatively small percentage of the world population would have 99% of these guns.

anyone watching using Mark 1 guns available in Australia, in step 1 the labels are loaded the other way (flip the roll over)

I can not explain my feelings about how useful this video is!! I should know it by heart now after working some months with this product at my workplace, but I open this video anyway and everytime I do this while watching the instructions it goes easier and helps me to remember that everything will be allright.
